Responsibilities

• Supervise roofing crews and active job sites
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members
• Communicate with customers throughout projects
• Monitor job costs and stay within budget

Requirements

• 7+ years of roofing or construction experience
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in varying weather and jobsite conditions
