Their areas of expertise span electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology integration. Services include engineering, commissioning, and construction management.

- Healthcare/Hospital Project Experience Preferred
- Pre-Design Engineering
- Review existing as-built drawings.
- Conduct field investigations.
- Set up drawings and models across multiple disciplines.
- Coordinate design efforts, schedules, and deliverables with team members.
- Perform feasibility studies and prepare schematic designs.
- Design Engineering
- Perform energy calculations usingEnergyPro or IES VE.
- Developsingle-line diagrams and load schedules.
- Designlighting systems, including selection and controls.
- Designnormal, emergency, and renewable power systems.
- ConductArc Flash, Short Circuit, and Coordination Power System Studies.
- Experience withlow-voltage building systems (Fire Alarm, Security, Voice/Data, Nurse Call) is a plus.
- Design Complexity
- Apply standard engineering techniques to perform routine design tasks.
- Complete basic engineering calculations.
- Prepare construction estimates and specifications for smaller projects.
- Independently prepare concise technical reports.
- Construction Administration
- Review submittals and support project delivery during construction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree inElectrical Engineering or a related field.
- EIT Certification preferred.
- LEED Accreditation is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Working knowledge ofCalifornia Building Code and National Electrical Code.
- HCAI experience preferred.
- Experience withNet Zero Energy/Carbon projects is a plus.
