Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to assist customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
