Candidate Pay Rate: $20.08 per hour

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents including assistance with activities of daily living
• Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding and comfort measures with dignity and respect
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition promptly to the nursing team
• Support accurate and timely documentation to ensure continuity of care
• Help maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
• Collaborate with colleagues and families to deliver person-centered care

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Ability to work the day shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
• Local candidates only (assignment noted as LOCAL ONLY)
• Strong communication skills and a patient, caring attitude

• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Practical knowledge of resident care and activities of daily living
• Comfortable with documentation and following care plans
• Infection control and safety awareness
• Good teamwork, communication, and observational skills
