A Day in the Life:

Your work will span copyright, trademark, and domain name matters—clearance, prosecution, enforcement campaigns, and litigation support. You’ll thrive in a culture that values collaboration and proactive client service.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of IP experience
• Admitted to the Colorado Bar
• Expertise in trademark/copyright clearance, prosecution, policing, and litigation
• Law school transcript required

Standout Skills:

• Experience with IP issues in the tech or creative industries (e.g., software, media)
• Proficiency in drafting cease-and-desist letters or settlement agreements
• Strong presentation skills for client pitches or CLE sessions
• Initiative in identifying and pursuing IP enforcement opportunities
