Our AS9100-certified Pressure Transducer division specializes in the design, manufacture, calibration, and repair of pressure and temperature transducers for high-reliability applications, including space, aerospace, military, industrial, and deep-sea environments.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC-controlled machines as well as manual machines.
• Apply knowledge of machine shop theory, shop mathematics, material machinability, and layout techniques.
• Edit and program CNC machines for a variety of operations.
• Perform machine set-ups and ensure efficient operation of equipment.
• Read and interpret technical prints with accuracy.
• Inspect parts using precision measurement tools to confirm quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Maintain close attention to detail, workmanship, and safety practices.
• Assist with fixture and tooling setup requirements as needed.

Requirements:

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with strong machining skills.
• Ability to set up, edit, write, and run CNC programs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Excellent math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with precision inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Additional Information

• This position is on-site at our North Tonawanda, NY facility.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of our contracts and compliance with federal regulations.
• This is a full-time, hourly, union position.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime as needed).
• Pay: Starting at $28.17 per hour.

• Lead 1: Earn an 8.5% pay increase
