Certified Medication Assistant


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medication Assistant to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

- Administer prescribed medications to patients in accordance with established protocols and physician orders

- Assist with patient assessments and provide basic health education under supervision

- Ensure proper storage and handling of medications in compliance with safety standards

- Collaborate with nurses, and other healthcare team members to deliver coordinated care

- Follow all infection control and safety procedures to protect patients and staff


Skills and Qualifications:

- Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) certification

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare training preferred

- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with good communication skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team

- Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care standards
