Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, addressing questions, and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Provide clients with information on products, services, and account updates.
- Document client interactions and update account information accurately.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to strengthen client relationships.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
