Traveling CNA/MA

Position Summary:

· Supports mobile dental, podiatry, vision, and audiology services in long-term care facilities

· Coordinates patient flow and clinic-day operations

· Ensures efficient service delivery and positive facility experience

Key Responsibilities:

· Escort residents to and from clinic areas

· Coordinate with facility staff on patient readiness

· Manage clinic flow and track patient completion

· Support non-clinical podiatry, dental, vision, and audiology operations

· Maintain clean and organized work environment

· Assist with clinic setup and breakdown

Facility Coordination:

· Serve as liaison between providers and facility staff

· Communicate with Social Services regarding clinic-day logistics

· Resolve day-of operational issues

Travel Requirements:

· Travel within 1–2 hour assigned region

· Daily travel required based on clinic schedule

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Healthcare experience preferred but not required

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Reliable transportation required

Work Schedule

· Monday through Friday

· Full-day clinic support
