    Basic Requirements:

    • Active Florida CNA license or Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-approved training school (not just past work history)

    • Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance

    • CPR card

    • Social Security card

    • Health Statement (within 6 months, stating free from communicable disease)

    • Required CEUs: Alzheimer’s (2 hr), HIV/AIDS (1 hr), Medication Admin (2 hr) – Get bundle here
