Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and professionally, whether in person or over the phone.
- Assist the Agent with client service tasks, including policy changes and endorsements.
- Process new business applications and renewals accurately.
- Manage client files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the Agent.
- Handle general office inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
Requirements
- Valid Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required or willing to obtain prior to start).
- Previous experience in an insurance agency setting preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with agency management software and standard office applications.
- A proactive and helpful attitude.
