General Manager

Seeking an experienced General Manager for a Restoration Company in Littleton, Mass area.

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a GM for a company or business unit that sells B2B in the commercial marketplace.
• This is a turn around position as it is a team of 14 and they are competent employees, we need a closer who can bring in business and drive a team.
• Must have a stable work history and have held their previous positions for 5 Plus years
• Strong P&L skills. Must understand how to successfully manage all facets of the P&L to assure profitability. The Gross sales should be between $5MM - $10MM
• MUST live within 40 minutes of our Littleton, MA location

The Package:

The base salary for this role is $100 - $125K with a quarterly bonus based on the profitability of the location. There is a car allowance, gas, card, toll tag, smartphone, laptop, and employer-provided medical insurance.
