Key Responsibilities

- Support the events team with day-to-day planning and event logistics.
- Assist in coordinating event details, including vendor communications, scheduling, and setup.
- Participate in on-site event management, ensuring smooth execution and resolving any issues.
- Prepare and maintain event materials, presentations, and client-facing documents.
- Provide post-event feedback and help with reporting to improve future events.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Prior experience in events or a related field is a plus.
