Job Description: Endorse Infinity is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems and databases to support various departments and projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Input data accurately and efficiently into designated databases and software systems.
- Verify data accuracy and completeness by reviewing and comparing source documents.
- Perform regular data maintenance tasks, including updating records and correcting errors.
- Assist with data cleanup and validation projects to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Retrieve and compile data from various sources for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems to ensure easy access and retrieval of information.
- Follow data entry protocols and guidelines to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in typing and data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data entry software and systems; experience with CRM or ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
