Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility, requiring at least 1 year of SNF experience or SNF clinical rotation experience for new grads.
Details
- Skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Monday-Friday day shift, 5x8 hours, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Weekend coverage as needed
- 13-week contract length
- Uses NetHealth and PointClickCare (PCC) for charting, with training provided
- ACP equipment used in the facility
Requirements
- Active CA PT license required if applicable
- Minimum 1 year of SNF experience required; new grads welcome if they have clinical rotation experience in SNF documented in work history
- Current BLS certification required, must be AHA certified
- No acrylic nails, head coverings (unless religious requirement), crocs, or open-toed shoes permitted
Additional Information
- Training on NetHealth and PointClickCare charting systems provided by DOR/ADOR as needed
- No specific scrub color required
