Store Manager – Keva Juice (Las Brisas + UNR)

Keva Juice is looking for a motivated, hands-on Store Manager to lead two exciting Reno locations: Las Brisas and our nearby University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) store.

The UNR location operates seasonally and closes during Christmas break, creating unique opportunities throughout the year.

• $48,000 annual base salary

• Lead daily operations for both Las Brisas and UNR locations
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members
• Drive sales growth through promotions, local marketing, and events
• Build energy and excitement around both stores
• Create schedules and manage labor efficiently
• Maintain inventory, ordering, cleanliness, and store standards
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Be a dependable leader who steps in when needed

• Previous management or leadership experience
• Strong work ethic and ownership mindset
• Ability to lead from the front and inspire a team
• Organized, reliable, and results-driven
• Comfortable working mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
