Construction General Labor

We are hiring Construction General Laborers for a full-time, temporary opportunity in Millbrae, CA. This position is on a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday. Candidates will support active construction sites by performing physically demanding tasks and assisting skilled trades. Work includes site cleanup, material handling, and general construction support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks on active construction sites
• Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment
• Assist skilled trades such as carpenters, electricians, and masons
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site
• Operate basic hand and power tools as needed (e.g., jackhammers, mixers)

Requirements

• Prior construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Strong reliability and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
