Warehouse Associate (3rd Shift)

Position Overview We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Warehouse Associate to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you will be a vital part of our warehouse operations, ensuring materials are transported efficiently and our facility remains organized and productive. You will operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV) and handle materials manually to support our workflow.

Shift Schedule

• Standard Schedule: 3rd Shift Sunday-Friday, 10:00 pm - 6:30 am
• Overtime: Flexibility is required, as the role may involve occasional early starts or late finishes based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Equipment Operation: Operate a PIV unit (tugger/forklift) to collect and move materials along assigned warehouse routes.
• Manual Labor: Manually move materials onto or from pallets, bins, boxes, and shelves.
• Organization: Convey materials from storage or work sites to designated areas.
• Inventory & Documentation: Attach identifying tags/labels to materials; mark information on cases, bales, and containers.
• Assembly: Assemble crates to contain products as required.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including cleaning machines and equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all company safety policies, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
• Lifting: Must be able to occasionally lift and move objects weighing up to 35–40 pounds.
• PIV Proficiency: Experience or comfort operating a tugger or forklift is preferred.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic with the ability to maintain the designated schedule, including overtime when necessary.
• Safety Focus: A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and your teammates.
