We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of retail store clerks
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Place inventory orders from supplier
- Complete daily paperwork and make deposits
- Maintain reports for proper inventory accuracy
- Work register and maintain customer service with customers
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities

We have been in business since 2001. We are looking for someone to lead the day to day operations of our retail stores.
