Insurance Verification Specialist

LHH seeks an Insurance Verification Speacialist!

What You'll Do

• Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility
• Obtain authorizations, referrals, and pre?certifications
• Review daily reports and update patient accounts
• Communicate deductibles, co?pays, and benefit details to patients
• Identify denied services and notify appropriate staff
• Re?verify active insurance monthly
• Support billing leadership with account questions

What You Bring

• High school diploma
• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in insurance verification, billing, authorizations, or collections
• Knowledge of medical terminology, managed care, CPT/ICD?9/10
• Strong data entry skills and comfort in fast?paced environments

This is an ONSITE position

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
