Job Title: MRI Technologist (ARRT-MR) – Full-Time | 3x12 Schedule | No Nights
Location: Greensboro, NC (Primary) with travel to nearby sites

Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented MRI Technologist (ARRT-MR) to join a high-performing imaging team. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering high-quality MRI studies while ensuring patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced clinical environment.
This position offers a consistent full-time schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours guaranteed) with no night or on-call responsibilities, supporting a strong work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic MRI procedures using Siemens 1.5T and 3T systems
- Ensure patient safety, proper screening, and positioning throughout procedures
- Administer contrast and independently start IVs as required
- Assist with breast biopsy procedures and support research-related imaging when applicable
- Accurately document patient information using Epic EMR
- Maintain high standards of image quality and adherence to protocols
- Work independently and efficiently manage daily workflow
- Float between multiple sites based on operational requirements
Schedule & Work Structure
- Full-Time: Three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours guaranteed)
- Flexible scheduling between Sunday and Saturday
- No nights or on-call requirements
Work Locations
- Primary Location: Greensboro, NC
- Additional sites (as needed):
- Lake Brandt – Greensboro, NC
- Alamance – Burlington, NC
Required Qualifications
- ARRT (MR) certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of MRI experience preferred
- Proficiency in IV placement and contrast administration
- Strong organizational and workflow management skills
- Excellent patient care and communication abilities
- Experience with Epic EMR system
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience assisting with breast biopsy procedures
- Exposure to research imaging protocols
- MRSO (MR Safety Officer) certification
