BLS / ACLS / etc: BLS• DEA Req’d?: Yes PA• Are vaccines mandatory?: yes or an approved medical/religious exemption requestCredentialing/Privileging Timeframe: ~60-90 daysAre you willing To License?: NoIs IMLC Accepted?: YesWhich travel is billable airfare / hotel / rental car / mileage / etc: all Shift Info: Day 3x8-Hour 08:00 - 16:30
