About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced BCBA to join our growing ABA team in Kansas. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based services while maintaining a healthy work-life balance through strong clinical and administrative support.

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• 30 billable hours / 10 non-billable hours
• Bonus opportunities for billing over 30 hours
• Availability until 8:00 PM CST at least 3 evenings per week
• Scheduling support provided
  

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and update treatment goals
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and state regulations
  

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Kansas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs
• Strong leadership and communication skills
