Job Description

· Serve as a working supervisor, leading and mentoring a team of up to 4 maintenance technicians

· Oversee and perform preventative maintenance activities across a food manufacturing operation

· Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems including Allen Bradley PLCs

· Perform mechanical maintenance including pneumatic and hydraulic system repairs

· Execute welding and fabrication tasks as needed to support production equipment and facility needs

Key Requirements

· Strong multi-craft maintenance skill set with emphasis on electrical troubleshooting capabilities

· Experience with Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting and programming

· Proficiency in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems maintenance

· Welding and fabrication experience preferred

· Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience supervising and developing maintenance technicians

· Food manufacturing experience preferred but not required
