Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care in Morrisville, Vermont. The CRNA will work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver anesthesia services for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia for surgical and procedural cases
• Conduct pre-anesthetic patient assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement anesthesia care plans
• Monitor patients during anesthesia and recovery
• Manage airways, pain control, and hemodynamic stability
• Document anesthesia care accurately in the medical record
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and care teams
• Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (NBCRNA)
• Active Vermont RN and CRNA license (or ability to obtain)
• BLS, ACLS (PALS preferred depending on case mix)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hospital, ambulatory surgery, or critical access settings
• Regional anesthesia and pain management experience
• Ability to work independently and in team-based models
