Job Description

· Lead all front-end machining operations and drive the execution of production schedules to meet organizational targets

· Directly oversee a Milling Supervisor, a Lathe/Swiss Supervisor, and a 2nd Shift Supervisor to ensure seamless shop floor operations

· Partner with the Back End Production Manager to deliver accurate forecasting, optimize material flow, and align production priorities

· Provide hands-on technical support and strategic planning to maximize machine utilization and minimize downtime

· Supervise, coach, and develop front-line supervisors and machinists to build a high-performing production team

Key Requirements

· Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a production floor in a CNC machining environment

· Strong working knowledge of CNC machinery and hands-on machining experience

· Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and technical drawings
