Are you a seasoned ICU nurse eager for your next challenge? Do you thrive in high-pressure situations and have a strong interest in neuro/trauma care? If this sounds like you, we have an exciting position available in a Level II trauma NT/SICU unit. Join our healthcare partner in delivering outstanding care to neuro/trauma patients, leveraging your expertise with ICP monitors, CRRT, and lumbar drains. This position requires adaptability, as you may be asked to assist in the Cardiovascular Unit, Telemetry Care Unit, ICU/CCU, or Med Surg units as necessary.

As an essential member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering specialized care for neuro/trauma patients in a 12-bed unit with a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Employing EPIC charting for precise and efficient documentation
• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
• Floating to various units as required to support patient care throughout the facility

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in acute critical care
• Experience in Level II trauma critical care is essential
• Active California RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in the relevant setting
