Assignment Duration\nThis is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule\nShift: 19:00 - 07:00, with rotating weekends. No on-call required.
Job Description\nWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room team. This role requires a skilled and experienced nursing professional who can provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing critical care procedures and responding to emergency situations while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department. \n
- Monitor patients and report changes in condition to the medical team. \n
- Perform emergency procedures and treatments as required. \n
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. \n
- Assist in the management of behavioral health situations and implement de-escalation techniques. \n
- Educate patients and families about health issues and treatments. \n
- \n
- Active RN license in good standing. \n
- ACLS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC, and NIHSS certification are required. \n
- Preferred: Experience with Meditech and trauma care. \n
- Inpatient experience is highly desirable. \n
