POSITION SUMMARY \n

\n Responsible for performing radiographic procedures in accordance with prescribed radiation safety standards. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.\n

\nMINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited school of radiology\n
\nPREFERRED EDUCATION: NA\n
\nMINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3 or more years hospital experience.\n
\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Cardiac Cath Lab or Special Procedures\n
\nREQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Possession of current Texas State registration and ARRT\n
\nPREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Certification in Specialty\n
\nREQUIRED COURSES/ COMPLETIONS (e.g., CPR): Must have active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on hire (ARC or AHA); however, must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire
