Be home daily as a CDL-A Local Driver for C.R. England, the premier long-haul refrigerated carrier in the country. Drivers on this dedicated Walmart lane deliver all no-touch freight from Shafter to locations throughout Southern California. Be home daily while earning a great career.
- Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required
- This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees.
Lane Details:
- Average 2-3 stops, with backhaul back into the DC
- Majority of loads depart the DC between 1500 to 2100
- Home Time: Home Daily with typically 2 consecutive days off per week
- Drivers expect to work weekends but get 2 consecutive days off
- Mileage band pay, Stop pay, Detention Pay
- Safe and On-time bonus
- New, well maintained trucks with automatic transmissions, pulling dry van and reefer trailers
- Slip seat operation
Driver requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 Years of age or older
- 3+ months of current CDL-A driving experience
