\n 🕗 Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
\n 📅 Start Date: 07/27/2026
\n Requirements:
\n Active RN CO License
\n Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
\n Hospice RN / Case Management experience preferred
\n Strong assessment, critical thinking, symptom management, and patient/family education skills
\n Experience coordinating interdisciplinary care
\n Ability to provide care in home, nursing home, assisted living, and community settings
