\n\nJob Description\n

The Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients with complex cardiovascular conditions. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on cardiovascular and vascular surgery patients.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide care to patients recovering from cardiovascular and vascular surgeries.
\n
• Manage complex patient needs, including telemetry and stepdown care.
\n
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
\n
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina.
\n
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
\n
• Experience in stepdown and telemetry nursing required.
\n
• Preferred experience in cardiovascular surgery and vascular surgery care.
\n
