American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for an Operating Room position in a Pre/Post Surgery and Main OR setting, requiring BLS certification and availability for rotating call shifts and weekend coverage.
Details- Located in a hospital Pre/Post Surgery and Main OR unit
- Two possible shift options: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (40 hrs/week) or 6:30 AM–7:00 PM (36 hrs/week)
- Up to six call shifts assigned per six-week schedule, with the option to pick up additional call shifts
- Weekday call hours are 3:00 PM–11:00 PM or 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Weekend call hours are 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Weekend requirement is every fourth weekend
- 13-week contract
- Active CT or Compact RN license required
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association required (front and back of card must be provided)
- License verification dated within 30 days of start date required for consideration
- COVID vaccination card required
- References required for consideration
- Local candidates are accepted for this position in Connecticut (CT)
