Evening Catering Delivery Driver

A Chick-fil-A Catering Delivery Driver is to assist the catering team through the preparation and delivery of catering orders. This person is an extension of Chick-fil-A Jefferson Commons and Preston Hwy. They are expected to create a remarkable experience for each guest and to represent the Chick-fil-A brand with excellence. All deliveries are made in the Greater Louisville Metro Area from Chick-fil-A Jefferson Commons or Preston Hwy. Hours of service are from 6:00AM-10:00PM. This position is structured on an on-call basis. Drivers are contacted by a Catering Manager to present upcoming delivery opportunities. 

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid state-issued driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Reliable communication (smartphone required)
• Previous delivery driver experience is preferred, but not required
• Available for evening shift Monday-Saturday (holidays included)
• Help differentiate Chick-fil-A from other delivery options
• Deliver food to guests
• Ensure quality and accuracy of all orders
• Listen to customer concerns as they arise during a delivery and provide a solution if applicable.
• Deliver to customers in a safe and timely manner
• Provide second-mile service to all guests
