Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with 9 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - Central & West TX Division.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:Cath Lab experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: Cath Lab and EP experience preferred

Required Credentials: RCIS or Cardiovascular Nurse certification

Shift & Scheduling: 13 Weeks; 8-hour shifts; standard hours 0700-1530 – flexibility required (0800-1600 or 1000-1800 based on operational needs);
Call Requirements: Yes; not a specific number of days/weekends but it is distributed evenly throughout staff RN and CVT.

Weekends: On-call team emergent cases

10 days maximum time off

1 reference required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
