Bilingual Lead Generation Specialist

Job Purpose:
The Lead Generation Specialist is a field-based sales role responsible for driving new business opportunities by proactively identifying and engaging prospective customers. This role focuses on top-of-funnel activity, including prospecting, cold outreach, and appointment setting, to support pipeline growth for Outside Sales Representatives (OSR) and our sales team. This position serves as a critical entry point into outside sales, providing hands-on market exposure and a clear path to revenue-generating roles.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily field prospecting through cold calls, in-person visits, and territory canvassing
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts
- Generate and qualify new business leads to support OSR and BDM pipelines
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for OSRs and BDMs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity tracking in CRM systems
- Partner with OSRs on ride-alongs and territory development initiatives
- Develop a strong understanding of company products, services, and value proposition
- Monitor market activity and provide feedback on competitive trends and opportunities
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and lead generation targets
- Develop new customers; identify, track, and qualify projects
- Works to ensure sales and productivity goals are met
- Meet and/or exceed established sales goals
- Know, comply with and enforce applicable corporate and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Work cooperatively with stores/operations personnel to improve customer service and resolve customer issues
- Foster close, cooperative relationships with peer leaders and other senior executives.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales, customer service or customer facing experience
- Comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent Communication and Influencing Skills
- Persuasive, Energetic, driven, with an ardent desire to achieve results
- Ability to quickly establish credibility and be decisive
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Environmental/Occupational Health and Physical Requirements:
A typical day includes driving with frequent stops and utilizing an iPad for Call Reports. To perform the duties of this job the employee must have a clean driving record. The occasional heavy lifting of 30 lbs or more may be required.
