Job Title: Construction Sales/BD Representative
Location: Riverside, Los Angeles, Orange County CA
Compensation: $75,000+ (base + commission)
Requirements:
- 2+ years Sales and/or business development experience in a subcontracting, general contracting or construction materials sales
- Ability to sell jobs and make connections with GCs, contractors, etc.
- Experience estimating jobs and/or desire to learn
- Ability to work remotely and report in office as needed
About:
We've partnered with a premier SoCal subcontractor that is looking to expand their sales team. This position is a great fit for an experienced sales professional that can bring in new business through GCs/Construction Firms. The ideal candidate will have connections within the Southern California market and can estimate or learn estimating. If you're coming from a tangential trade group that could work as well. We're open to options if you have sales and business development experience in the construction field.
Requirements:
- 2+ years sales experience in a commercial general contracting subcontractor space
- Ability to sell jobs and make connections with GCs, contractors, etc.
