Account Receivable Clerk - Now Hiring

AR / AP Clerk
1st Shift
We are looking for an experienced AR / AP Clerk to work at reputable manufacturer in Neenah, WI.  You will support the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, ensuring smooth financial operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will enable you to thrive within this dynamic environment.

Job Title: Account Receivable / Account Payable Clerk

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

What's the Job?

• Manage daily accounts receivable activities using Oracle JD Edwards system
• Process invoices, run reports, and batch totals accurately
• Perform collections and answer customer inquiries promptly
• Keep current with US & CAD sales tax regulations and filings
• Assist with month-end closing, burden reports, and year-end depreciation

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in accounts receivable or related accounting roles - preferrable 1+ years of experience.
• Familiarity with Oracle JD Edwards or similar ERP systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
• Knowledge of US & CAD sales tax procedures and filings
