Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to residents as prescribed, following safety protocols and regulations
- Document medication administration accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist in monitoring resident reactions to medications and report any concerns to nursing staff
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure optimal care
- Support residents with daily living activities when needed, promoting independence and dignity
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, ensuring all health and safety standards are met
- Foster positive relationships with residents and their families through kindness, respect, and understanding
What We're Looking For:
- Current CMA certification
- Strong understanding of medication administration and regulations
- A compassionate, patient, and selfless attitude
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Respect for residents, families, and coworkers, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and empathy
- Ability to provide exceptional care while maintaining the highest standards of safety and confidentiality
