Pain Management Physician - Youngstown, Ohio Area

An established pain management group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pain Management Physician to join their growing practice in the Youngstown, Ohio area. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced physician to deliver advanced interventional care as part of a dynamic, patient-focused team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive pain management procedures, including epidural injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablations, Spinal Cord Stimulator implants, and Intrathecal Pump implants
  • Diagnose and treat complex chronic pain conditions using evidence-based interventional techniques
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with a commitment to safety and clinical excellence
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans that optimize patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Schedule and Practice Model:

  • Full-time position with no nights or weekends - excellent work-life balance
  • Heavy interventional focus utilizing cutting-edge pain management technology
  • Flexible scheduling designed to support professional satisfaction and personal well-being

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Guaranteed base salary of $400,000-$450,000 for the first two years
  • Comprehensive benefits package during the initial two-year period:
    • Malpractice insurance coverage
    • Health, dental, life, and disability insurance
    • Generous paid time off and continuing medical education allowance
  • After two years: transition to 1099 independent contractor status, receiving 100% of professional fees

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Pain Management or Anesthesiology with Pain Medicine fellowship
  • Proven expertise performing interventional procedures, including advanced neuromodulation techniques
  • Active medical license in Ohio (or ability to obtain licensure)
  • DEA certification
  • Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and dedication to quality patient care
