In this role, you will support our account management team by fostering client relationships, assisting with project coordination, and helping to deliver branding solutions that exceed client expectations. - Support the account management team with project coordination, updates, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
- Conduct market research to keep clients informed of industry trends and insights.
- Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role is a plus.
