Location: Santa Clara, CA
Pay Rate: $20 - $24 per hour
Temp to Hire
Tuesday – Saturday 7am – 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Use hand tools and equipment to deburr, sand, and polish metal or composite medical device parts, ensuring flawless finishes.
- Operate automated tumbling machines to process batches of components.
- Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and shop travelers to understand job requirements and quality standards.
- Utilize precision measurement tools to inspect finished parts for accuracy and cosmetic quality.
- Track progress and communicate any delays or issues to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols.
What You’ll Bring
- Must have experience with microscoping
- Experience with hand tools and basic manufacturing processes (deburring, sanding, polishing, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and safety instructions in English.
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work under a microscope for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Understanding of how your work impacts the broader production process.
