Position: CNA / LPN / RN – Pediatric Day Healthcare (PPEC)

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Registered Nurses (RN) to join our growing team. This role involves providing direct care to pediatric patients with medical needs in a structured, daytime setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Monitor and document patient status, including vital signs and changes in condition
• Assist with daily living activities (feeding, hygiene, mobility, etc.)
• Administer medications and treatments (LPN/RN scope)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children
• Communicate effectively with families and caregivers

Qualifications:

• Active Florida license/certification (CNA, LPN, or RN)
• Current CPR certification (BLS)
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
