3. Data & Reporting: Maintain project dashboards and prepare status reports for leadership, highlighting risks, budget tracking, and resource allocation.

4. Quality Assurance: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new technologies function seamlessly in a high-volume retail setting.

5. Meeting Leadership & Facilitation: Assist in leading project team meetings, including preparing agendas, driving the conversation to keep teams on task, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.

6. Documentation & Governance: Record comprehensive meeting minutes and maintain the centralized project repository to ensure a single source of truth for all project data.

7. Action Item Tracking: Capture and rigorously follow up on action items with various team members to ensure deadlines are met and accountability is maintained.

8. Risk & Issue Management: Assist in identifying, documenting, and tracking project risks and issues; follow up with owners on mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
