Construction General Laborer

Talent Corps is seeking dependable and hardworking Construction General Laborers to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This position supports skilled trades on active job sites and plays a key role in keeping projects running safely and efficiently. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation and cleanup
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Support carpenters, installers, and other skilled trades
• Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines
• Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, carrying, digging, and standing for extended periods

Requirements

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the San Antonio area or surroundings
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Bilingual is a plus not preferred
• Must have PPE and steel toe boots
• Must have OSHA Certification "or be able to contain"
