Accounts Payable Bookkeeper

Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Payable Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

This position is working on-site 4-8 hours per week (flexible with days).

Responsibilities:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and other administrative duties needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting and bookkeeping
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks is required
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
