Concrete/construction worker

The Concrete/Construction Worker plays a key role in the successful completion of residential and commercial building projects. Working primarily in a small team, This role involves hands-on tasks from site preparation to finishing surfaces. The position requires physical stamina and a practical familiarity with construction site operations, often with minimal formal safety protocols and occasional overtime or weekend work.

Entry pay is $20, up to $40

Responsibilities

• Pour concrete accurately and efficiently for residential and commercial projects
• Install formwork to shape and support concrete structures
• Prepare construction sites by clearing, leveling, and setting up necessary materials
• Handle and transport materials safely around the site
• Finish concrete surfaces to meet quality and design specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and order on the job site

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in concrete construction
• Knowledge of concrete finishing and formwork construction
• Proficient use of power tools
• Good physical stamina for demanding work
• Ability to work well within small teams
• Strong time management skills
