Job Description
Full-time residential group home program assistant position reporting to the Residential Program Director. Position is non-exempt, $25 hourly working 3rd shift from 11:00 p.m.-8:00 a.m.
KEY FUNCTIONS:
- Will provide assistance to the Residential Program Director and residential staff as directed;
- Company vehicle provided for shift site visits to 7 locations located with Columbus; and
- Collecting and monitoring documentation related to staff requests, safety and deficiencies, inventory and purchasing requests to assist with standard compliance related to City, State and national accreditation standards. Company vehicle provided for required rounds during working hours.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required;
- Must be attentive to detail, compassionate and able to communicate with others effectively;
- This position will impose occasional physical demands. Must be physically able to sit, stand, walk, step up, step down, climb, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, push, pull, grab, grasp and carry or lift up to 25 pounds;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong emphasis on respectful and courteous interaction is essential for this position;
- Valid Ohio driver's license and good driving record with less than 4 points; company vehicle provided for rounds to locations.
