Talent Corps is hiring for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Tempe, AZ. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and want opportunities to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Pick, pack, and accurately label orders
• Kit electrical components for shipment to job sites
• Organize and maintain inventory for efficiency and accuracy
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if certified)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Basic math skills (counting, measuring, inventory tracking)
• Experience with kitting or electrical materials
• Forklift or warehouse equipment experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout your shift
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
