We’re hiring an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist for a local hospital in Miami, FL where you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders. This role supports neonatal, pediatric, and adult critical care services and requires advanced respiratory care skills in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current state RRT license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of current acute care hospital RRT experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current NRP certification.
• Current PALS certification.
• Current NICU/PICU experience required.
• Experience with Meditech documentation preferred.
• Experience with advanced neonatal/pediatric ventilators and devices, including high flow systems, 3100A oscillator, Bunnell/oscillators, Servo ventilators, continuous nebulizers, inhaled nitric oxide, and Heliox delivery preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Meditech experience is preferred by the director.
• Team player with critical thinking skills and adaptability to change.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 1900-0700.
• May provide coverage/float to regular adult floors for therapies such as nebulizer therapy, BIPAP, CPT, and related care.
